Plan Approved for underground fire main for Terrassa: 9 multifamily apartment (3-story)buildings and 1 Clubhouse/fitness building. 12"x12" tee, 12" gate valve, 12" to 10" reducer, 10" RPDA BNFP (Zurn: Model 375DA). Fire main increases back to a 12" main before teeing off and splitting into a 10" and 8" fire main. Fire main loop consists of 10" and 8" DR-18 line. 5 private fire hydrants. 10 Standalone FDC's with 5" Storz connections with 4' lines leading into building separate from the fire sprinkler line finishing 1' AFF. 10 total, 6" fire sprinkler lines leading into each building to finish 1' AFF.
