Thursday, APril 11, 2024 Not certain why this is being resubmitted for review where this is almost an identical submittal I reviewed and approved 3 21 24. I went to FM Dowling along Inspector Supervisor Stewart and asked what is going on to prompt same page submittal. I recommended inspector come in and look at them to show what it is he is wanting.

Friday, April 12, 2024 Permit Tech took plans and came back with plans.

Monday, April 15, 2024 No inspector has visited at FM Dowling's request. Upon reopening plans same 4 pages still here but someone highlighted changes in job copy.

A102d only change shows an egress line drawn in the mail area.

A201 someone highlighted door schedule C1 which added a keyed lock. Looking at A810 I can not locate C1. Inspector, make sure door meets all requirements of 101:12.2.2.2 and/or 101:38.2.2.2 to see if keyed lock is allowed especially with provided hardware.

A201 also shows new hardware c15 on door c11 (sliding glass door) in the clubhouse which is not shown as an exit door.

E206 is exactly the same as the previous revision I looked at.

E300 is exactly the same but with fire alarm changes. NOTE: any fire alarm changes need to be made by the fire alarm contractor as a revision to their permit. Fire alarm changes on these building pages aren't part of this review.

Spec sheets for a "mechanical switch bar". I have no clue where this devices is going. Inspector make sure this meets 101:12.2.2.2 and/or 101:38.2.2.2 if its going on an exit or exit access door.
