Wednesday, September 13, 2023 T pages revised to show what is now intended. 10 revised door locking arrangement locations.

Monday, February 26, 2024 Now only A1.02D and E300 submitted to show the exit door near clubroom no longer has card reader.
This submittal was stamped as a revision where Permit Tech accidentally let all 3 lock/latch permits out as approved. This was a "revision" to address B2 only remaining lock/latch comment.

1) 2 pages were revised (A1.01 and A4.21) to show new locks and latches that do not match what was previously reviewed and approved as part of the original building plans (T pages and review comment 9). The locking arrangement you are now showing on A1.01 and A4.21 do not match the approved technology page. If you are revising  (adding more locks, new locks, changing from what was submitted before) those locks/latches, then revise the previously submitted T pages.

NOTE: Pay attention to adding mag locks to doors in an assembly. 101:12.2.2.2.6 requires mag locks to be unlocked during the hours of operation. If any portion of the assembly building is open to the public for 24 hours, then the mag locks must not be locked for 24hours out of the day that serve the assembly portions of building. In short they would then serve no purpose if they must be unlocked 24 hours a day.

2) If the scope of the currently submitted revised pages only covered locks then withdraw these pages from revision so they do not conflict with approved plans.

4) Looking at page T201, there is a card reader that was added in the corridor to that is located to bottom right of the club room. There can not be a key, tool or special knowledge to exit (this is a marked exit). 101:7.2.1.5.3

Monday, February 26, 2024 Looking at newly submitted E3-00 there is not a card reader at closest exit on 1st floor near club room. This has been removed.
