1) Buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4’s fire alarm systems are dependent on the Clubhouse FACP for monitoring of their Alarm, Trouble and Supervisory signals, and the dialing out of these signals to a monitoring station. Buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4’s FACP permits cannot be approved until the Clubhouse fire alarm plans are approved for permitting.

4/14/2022, A Connell: All issues appear to have been addressed with the Clubhouse.

2) The Sprinkler Systems above ground control valves are required to be electronically supervised. 101:7.2.2.6.3.1(6)(a)

This includes the Fire Main Back Flow Preventer’s (BFP) control valves, the buildings sprinkler main BFP control valves, the buildings floor control valves, etc.

I did not see any inputs/leads for/to the underground building’s sprinkler line 4” BFP control valves outside the building.

4/14/2022, A Connell: Noted that the re-submitted plans now show the back-flow preventer control valves being monitored/supervised.
