Plans for a fire sprinkler system for a generator and fire pump building as well as the installation of a split case electric driven fire pump that is supplying the fire protection loop on the south end of the property.

The system will be a dry system designed at Light hazard .10 for the attic area and EH1 .30 density for the remainder.  The fire pump is a 750 GPM @40 psi Peerless 6PVF12 vertical inline fire pump.  The controller is an Eaton FT90-30-D,  Note: the plans show Siamese FDC, however the specifications indicate the appropriate 5" Storz FDC.  Inspector to verify Storz installation at final.   PJW Monday, March 21, 2022

RESUBMITTING: Please make necessary changes and resubmit the complete permit application package. Response to comments / plans / specifications must be submitted to the Permit Center as a resubmission for the original project.

Effective 1/01/2022 you must include a written response to comments summary to clarify and illustrate corrections on plans (bubbling, highlighting, or notations are best). Please use the Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Ed. for all code reference in a response to comments. You are required to remove old pages and reinsert the new pages.

Resubmittals will not be approved without a response to comments.

1) Provide a full product submittal for the pump, drivers, controllers jockey pump etc.  NFPA 20:4.2.3, 4.2.4.

2) Provide a zoomed in or clearer riser diagram that is legible.  The provided riser diagram makes id difficult to see the components.  NFPA 13:23.1.1, 23.1.3(23).

3) The fire main entrance and exit from the building on the provided floor plan differs than what is provided on the included site plan and the FP pages included with the original building plan.  Ensure that all are consistent.
