Plans for a 45 head Wet sprinkler system submitted as a NFPA 13R for a triplex.  This is for the aboveground only.  The attic piping will be insulated to provide the freeze protection.  FDC provided.  The sprinkler riser is located inside of an insulated garage wall with exterior and interior access panels.  Per the contractor the riser will be maintained at 40 degrees in this configuration.
