Plans for a 30 head Wet NFPA 13D sprinkler system for a duplex for the aboveground only.  The attic piping will be insulated to provide the freeze protection.  No FD connection required.  The sprinkler riser will be located inside of the exterior insulated garage wall.  The wall will be modified to accommodate the riser and will have an exterior access panel to access the riser without entering the garage.  It will also be installed as such that the section of drywall on the interior of the garage can be removed easily for access if needed.   Per the contractor the riser in the wall will maintain the temperature above 40 degrees.
