Tuesday, February 15, 2022 DF: Reviewers Response: It is difficult to verify work platform shown on Sheet A105 will allow full access to ALL cleanouts of the hoods shown on sheet M301. The Fire Inspector will verify the platform will allow full access to the cleanouts. If not the platforms will have to be modified to allow access to the cleanouts before the permit can receive an APPROVED Fire Final.

NOTE: I spoke with Terry Parrish (Project Manager via phone; 02/15/22 at 0845 hrs.) regarding the comment above and she is ok with having the Fire Inspector verify at time of the hood duct work inspection/final.
