Plans for a 1704sf pool, with pool deck fencing and gates. A hypochlorite (65gal) and Acid (30gal) tank system is indicated. 2 double gates and 1 single gate are indicated.

Provide SDS sheets for the acid and the hypochlorite.

Provide specification sheets for the acid and hypochlorite tanks.

Provide the square footage of the pool deck for occupant load purposes.

Identify the hardware that will be installed on the gates. If it exceeds 100 panic hardware will be required. This includes the occupants egressing from the building into the pool. The clubhouse plans have not yet been approved/scanned. Provide the number of building occupants that will egress onto the pool deck.

Will you be using card access or any special locking arrangements? If you intend to use card access with electronic strikes, or with panic hardware, or another device that maintains mechanical free egress please indicate this.

Provide an overall site plan showing continuation from the egress gates to a public way.
