2) Page A2.02 now only has 1 means of egress off the 2nd floor deck again (see original comment 8 from original plan review.) This update indicates what was the 2nd exit off the deck (back through interior of building) now requires the use of a key fob from exterior deck area to interior. Show 2 exits from 2nd floor deck area that comply with 101:7.  101:12.2.4  101:7.2.1.5

NOTE: Deck occ load 78 and travel distance from deck only 115+'.

Monday, June 13, 2022 Response to comments indicate that the designer had reduced the deck occupant load via planter boxes to get the occupant load to 49p which allowed him 1 exit off the deck.
