Make sure fire extinguishers are provided in accord with NFPA 1:13.6.
Thursday, May 20, 2021 Response to comments dated May 6, 2021 indicates "Each Garage will have a portable Fire Extinguisher installed at the time of final inspection. Management will assign responsibility for each extinguisher at the time the stalls will be rented and will very that the extinguishers are inspected and in place at the time of resident check out."

1) Unable to locate draft stops located in concealed combustible space (floor or attic areas). Please point out or illustrate draftstops that subdivide concealed combustible spaces in to areas not exceed 3000sf. 101:8.6.11 Page A9.20
Thursday, May 20, 2021 Response to comments dated May 6, 2021 indicates "Draftstops are identified as a Dash - Dot - Dash line at the center of the Garage Roof Plan. The Roof Plan also identifies two areas, Area 1 and Area 2 separated by the draft stop."

Response to comments / plans / specifications should be submitted to the Permit Center as a resubmission for the original project unless other arrangements are made with the Fire Plan Reviewer or the Fire Plan Review Supervisor.
To help speed the review process you should include a written response to comments summary to clarify and/or illustrate corrections on plans (bubbling, highlighting, or notations are best). Please use the Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Ed. for all code reference in a response to comments. You are required to remove old pages and reinsert the new pages.
The numbered items require a response or plans to be updated to complete the review.
