Plan reviewed for the fire underground Daily's at Silverleaf. The underground will be in 2 Phases. This is only for the backflow and private fire hydrant. THIS is considered PHASE 1.

This originally was included on Comm 24-114 which was approved  on April 14, 2025. There was a MODCP 25-64 which includes a medical office on the adjacent property. This medical office will be sprinklered. (C25-1620). This will be Phase 2.

The underground for this project(Daily's is shown on both the COMM 24-114 and the MODCP 25-64.

8" PVC C900 DR-18

8"x 6" reducer

6" Gate Valve and Valve Box

6" (RED) Waterous Private Fire Hydrant.
