                             Plan reviewed for new Fire Sprinkler System (NFPA 13) in existing building. Sprinkler system begins 1' AFF at 6" Underground reduced to 4" supply pipe to TYCO Model RM-2 Riser Manifold to 1st FL System. System 4" main to Stair #1 and 4" up to 2nd Floor 4" System Main. 
Based on Current Fire Flow Data the 1st FL Event Space is calculated at .10 (Light Hazard) / 1500 SF. 2nd Floor Storage is calculated at .15 (Ordinary Hazard Group I) / 1044 SF. Both calculated at this rate due to available water supply from the City. Once underground system is updated another calculation. 
Fire Flow data provided in the Equipment Submittal Packet which also contains the Hydraulic Calculations. Flow Test dated 10/18/2023, Sprinkler plans received on 10/02/2024.
  Reviewed using FFPC 8th edition effective Dec. 31, 2023. NFPA 1 and 101 references are Florida Editions of the code in the FFPC.

B. Once at the Permit Center swap out altered pages or insert new pages in EACH plan set (Job and Office). One copy of the removed/old pages from the JOB Copy will need to be submitted and marked "OLD". Do not forget to remove pages for work not associated to this permit. All plan papers must be the same size. C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation.
