Plan reviewed for the fire underground supplying the sprinkler system for a 2 story 33,660 SF shell buildings. This underground was submitted with the Fire sprinkler which was submitted originally 7/18/24, resubmitted on 3/28/25 and approved on 7/21/25.

The parking lot was adjusted causing a slight move of the underground but did not change the position of the hydrant or the FDC. This change was addressed with MODCP 25-114.

The underground is supplied from a 12" x 8" sleeve and gate valve.

The 8" DR-18 PVC is reduced using an 8"x 6" reducer

6" DCDA insulated Backflow that is electronically supervised.

6" Private (red) FH with Gate valve located at 6"x6" x 4" tee

4" Dr 18 PVC and gate valve supplies the 4" supply and continues to the 4" riser and finishes 1' AFF

A free standing insulated 4" FDC with wafer check and 5" storz with 30 degree downturn.
