Plan submitted for revision to 6 pages (FP-1, FS1, FS2, FS3, FA1, FA2). Scope of revision only says "Fire Alarm revision removing pull statins from raw shell building". Reviewed as using FFPC 8th edition effective January 1, 2024. Review by the AHJ shall not relieve the applicant of the responsibility for compliance with the Code.

Monday, May 20, 2024 Revision is now for only 2 pages FA1 and FA2 to remove pull stations from fire alarm design criteria. This still would require the fire alarm plans to be revised.

RESUBMITTING:
A. Make necessary changes and resubmit everything in person to the permit center. You may not make handwritten alterations on signed and sealed plan pages.
B. Once at the Permit Center swap out altered pages or insert new pages in EACH plan set (Job and Office). One copy of the removed/old pages from the JOB Copy will need to be submitted and marked "OLD". Do not forget to remove pages for work not associated to this permit. All plan papers must be the same size.
C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation. Response to comments is REQUIRED not optional.
- The response to comments sheet will need to include a response to each numbered comment and tell us where in the plans the comments was addressed. EX - "Top Left of Page E1-1" or "Page E1 Note 8".
- Code responses shall reference Florida Fire Prevention Code, 8th Ed.

1) Scope of revision says "Fire Alarm revision removing pull stations from raw shell building". I see bubbled modification on both the FA pages.

What changed on FP and FS pages (sprinkler pages)? Either: a) provide a narrative of what changed and/or highlight what changed on each FP and FS pages OR b) remove unrevised pages.

Monday, May 20, 2024 Handwritten response to comments indicate "Sheets have been removed that did not contain changes. Only FA1 and FA2 are revised." Revision is now for only 2 pages FA1 and FA2 to remove pull stations from fire alarm design criteria. This still would require the fire alarm plans to be revised.
