Plan submitted for revision to 23 pages (A0.11, AS1.00, AC1.00, A1.00, A1.10, A2.00, A3.00, A3.10, A3.20, A10, S1.01, M1.1, P2.1, P2.2, E2.1, E3.1, E4.1, E6.1, FP1, FS1, FS2, FS3, FA1).  Scope of revision is to shift other demising walls and add another to create a 5th vanilla shell.
