Plan reviewed for New Wet Sprinkler system with 1,829 Sprinkler Heads, A Electrically Driven Peerless 1,500 GPM Centrifugal Fire Pump, Firetrol FTA1000 Fire Pump Controller, Firetrol Jockey Controller, 6 Port CLA-VAL wall mounted Test Header.

Sprinkler System is connected to the 10" underground Fire Main ~ 1' AFF, reduced to 8" Steel pipe to Fire pump and then to the riser manifold containing 4 8" System Risers.  System 01 covering 41,813 SF with 450 heads, System 02 covering 41,287 SF with 450 heads, System 03 covering 41,860 Sf with 450 heads and System 04 covering 42,707 SF with 475 heads.

Reviewed using FFPC 7th edition effective Dec. 31, 2020. NFPA 1 and 101 references are Florida Editions of the code in the FFPC.

RESUBMITTING:
A. Make necessary changes and resubmit everything in person to the Permit Center.
B. Once at the Permit Center swap out altered pages or insert new pages in EACH plan set (job and office). One copy of the removed/old pages will need to be resubmitted and labeled "OLD". Do not forget to remove pages for work not associated in this permit. All plan pages must be the same size.
C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation.  Response to comments is REQUIRED not optional.
- The response to comments sheet will need to include a response to each numbered comment and tell us where in the plans the comment was addressed. Ex - "top left of page A11" or "Page E1 note 8".
- Code responses shall reference Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Ed. (not Building Code)

1) Sheet 4 of 4 shows the FDC on the building wall. The approved FDC location is in the yard about 15' from the building.

Adjust the plans to show the FDC going to the yard FDC.

Thursday, March 2, 2023  1401 hrs. DF: I spoke with Matt from Allsouth Sprinkler Company regarding the location of the FDC. Matt said that he would have the Sheet adjusted to reflect the Yard FDC.
