Plan reviewed for a 15000sf shell building that is utilizing multiple mixed use business and storage designed as type IIIB (III(000))construction. The suite tenant separations will be installed in the future by separate permit.  There is a 3 hour wall that is being installed now to decrease the fire areas below 12000sf.  The building does not have a fire sprinkler or fire alarm system proposed. Reviewed using FFPC 7th edition effective Dec. 31, 2020.
