Plan reviewed for a 14,400 SF metal building SHELL with 8 units. A 3 hour UL419 demising wall to underside of roof deck separating units 6 and 7 making two separate buildings under the FBC. Type IIB(II(000)) construction. No other demising walls and no bathrooms. Non sprinkled and NO FACP.

Reviewed using FFPC 7th edition effective Dec. 31, 2020. NFPA 1 and 101 references are Florida Editions of the code in the FFPC.
