1) Flammable liquids are indicated, but I do not know what classification of flammable liquid they are so I am utilizing the most stringent which is class I/II. The maximum allowable quantity of Class I/II flammable and combustible liquids is 10 gallons per NFPA 101:60.4.2.1.2.1.  Based on the information provided there will be ~17 gallons of flammable liquid on site. Footnote "a" indicates that any storage that exceeds 10 gallons is permitted if stored in approved safety cabinets which permits up to 180 gallons. 

To address this either: a) Provide accurate classifications of the flammable liquids in hopes that they could be IIIA or IIIB which has a higher storage allowance. b) indicate that safety cabinet(s) will be provided and provide manufacturer specifications for them meeting the requirements of NFPA 101:66.9.4.3.  c) reduce the quantity below 10 gallons.        

 

3) Approximately 90 gallons of "toxic" material is indicated based on the information provided.  NFPA 1:60.4.2.1.2.1 classifies toxic material in pounds, in which 125 lbs. is the maximum permitted.  Update the provided spreadsheet to indicate pounds instead of gallons. 

 In addition, confirm that the products listed to not meet the definition of "Highly Toxic" below.  Only 3 pounds of highly toxic materials is permitted.  I have provided the definitions of both below for your convenience both from NFPA 1 Chapter 3. 

3.3.187.14* Toxic Material.

A material that produces a lethal dose or a lethal concentration within any of the following categories: (1) a chemical or substance that has a median lethal dose (LD50) of more than 50 mg/kg but not more than 500 mg/kg of body weight when administered orally to albino rats weighing between 200 g and 300 g each; (2) a chemical or substance that has a median lethal dose (LD50) of more than 200 mg/kg but not more than 1000 mg/kg of body weight when administered by continuous contact for 24 hours, or less if death occurs within 24 hours, with the bare skin of albino rabbits weighing between 2 kg and 3 kg each; (3) a chemical or substance that has a median lethal concentration (LC50) in air of more than 200 parts per million but not more than 2000 parts per million by volume of gas or vapor, or more than 2 mg/L but not more than 20 mg/L, of mist, fume, or dust when administered by continuous inhalation for 1 hour, or less if death occurs within 1 hour, to albino rats weighing between 200 g and 300 g each. 3.3.187.7* Highly Toxic Material.

A material that produces a lethal dose or lethal concentration that falls within any of following categories: (1) a chemical that has a median lethal dose (LD50) of 50 mg/kg or less of body weight when administered orally to albino rats weighing between 200 g and 300 g each; (2) a chemical that has a median lethal dose (LD50) of 200 mg/kg or less of body weight when administered by continuous contact for 24 hours, or less if death occurs within 24 hours, with the bare skin of albino rabbits weighing between 2 kg and 3 kg each or albino rats weighing 200 g to 300 g each; (3) a chemical that has a median lethal concentration (LC50) in air of 200 parts per million by volume or less of gas or vapor, or 2 mg/L or less of mist, fume, or dust, when administered by continuous inhalation for 1 hour, or less if death occurs within 1 hour, to albino rats weighing between 200 g and 300 g each. 4) Informational Comment

Based on the information provided, ~98.5 gallons of corrosive liquid is stored on site in small containers.  This is under the maximum of 100 gallons as permitted by NFPA 1:60.4.2.1.2.1.
