Plans for a revision to the previously approved plans that is indicated on the revision narrative as "Hold 109 for smoke control system permit". What was submitted is a 8 1/2 x11 packet to provide Smoke Guard Model 400 elevator smoke curtains for:

- elevators A1, A2, and A3 on Floors 2-5
- elevators B1 and B2 on floors 2-5 and elevator B2 on floor 6
- elevators D1 and D2 on floor 2.
