	Gas cooking appliances on casters shall have a restraint to prevent damage of gas line. NFPA 54.9.6.1.1 Movable cooking equipment shall be provided with a means to ensure that it is correctly positioned in relation to the appliance discharge nozzle during cooking operations. NFPA 17a 5.6.4 All equipment manuals shall be provided to the owner. NFPA 17A.4.4.2.3 Multiple hoods shall be labeled with corresponding manual activations devices.
