Note, is spoke to the design professional to clarify the exterior door locks since the revision indicates electromagnetic locks.  He clarified that the Von Duprin DE5300 delayed egress system will be installed but not turned on/ activated until notified by Costco. The system does meet the requirements of the code if it is set up correctly.  I would reach out to your fire inspector prior to final to see what they will allow as it relates to this as it relates to testing/signage etc.  I would be prepared to test the system.
