Important Notes:
1) There is an indication of a dry riser being located near the front entrance in the tire area. I was not aware that there would be a riser in that location, however the sprinkler system has not been reviewed or approved as of yet. In the event that there is no riser in that location, a revision to your plans will be necessary.
2) A visual appliance is required in Manager 152. I spoke with the contractor, who indicated that he will ensure that this is added. No revision is necessary just for this. If a revision per number 1 above is necessary later, include this in that revision.
3) Based on plan coded note 9, the contractor indicated that electronic monitoring of the backflow preventer will be provided. This will be verified at the time of final. As with number 2 above, if you need to submit a revision for number 1, I would like a clearer note of this added to the plans. No revision just for this is required.
