Plan submitted for revision to 34 pages (E1.01, E1.02, E1.03, E1.04, E1.05, E1.06, E2.01, E2.02, E3.01, E4.01, M0.01, M0.03, M1.01, M1.02, M1.03,  M2.01, M2.02, M2.03, M301, P0.01, P0.02, P1.01, P1.02, P1.03, P2.01, P2.02, P2.03, P3.01, P3.02, P3.03, P3.04, P3.05, P3.04, P3.05). Scope of revision: "updates showing existing conditions and general site coordination". Reviewed using FFPC 7th edition effective January 1, 2021. Review by the AHJ shall not relieve the applicant of the responsibility for compliance with the Code.

RESUBMITTING:
A. Make necessary changes and resubmit everything in person to the Permit Center.
B. Once at the Permit Center swap out altered pages in EACH plan set (job and office). One copy of the removed/old pages will need to be resubmitted and labeled "OLD". Do not forget to remove pages for work not associated in this permit.
C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation.  Response to comments is REQUIRED not optional.
- The response to comments sheet will need to include a response to each numbered comment and tell us where in the plans the comment was addressed. Ex - "top left of page A11" or "Page E1 note 8".
- Code responses shall reference Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Ed. (not Building Code)

 		 

1) When looking at the newly revised page compared to the same previously approved page, they do not match let alone illustrate the changes. Example: Previously approved plan page E1.03 shows entire building attic electrical. Newly submitted page E1.03 is for left half of 2nd floor electrical. Complete all of the following:

- Either provide a Revision Summary identifying what changed on each page OR bubble the changes on the revised plan page.

- Only submit altered/revised pages.

- Make sure that the summary or bubbles highlight all changes since approved plans. NOTE: Some of the mechanical pages show 3 revisions while the last is labeled ASI5.

NOTE: A review cant begin until I know what has changed since last approval.
