A two-way radio is what allows fire fighters to talk to each other during an emergency. Several new and existing building construction msterials may not allow this communication to occur which create dead areas in this structure. There is a new law that requires a building to be tested and install a two-way radio enhancement system if the structure fails a third party communication test.  This occupancy will be required to complete the test (and possibly installation) by the dead line out lined in Florida Statute 633.202(18). If you would like to expand the scope of work to include this test let our Office know so we may provide further information.
