Plan submitted for a new 80 device monitored fire alarm system going in a new 3 story medical office building. Reviewed using FFPC 7th edition effective January 1, 2021.

RESUBMITTING: Please make necessary changes and resubmit the complete permit application package. Response to comments / plans / specifications must be submitted to the Permit Center as a resubmission for the original project.
Effective 1/01/2022 you must include a written response to comments summary to clarify and illustrate corrections on plans (bubbling, highlighting, or notations are best). Please use the Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Ed. for all code reference in a response to comments. You are required to remove old pages and reinsert the new pages.
Resubmittals will not be approved without a response to comments.

1) Pull station at front door is approximately 8' from main entrance/exit. Provide pull station within 60". 101:9.6.2.3

2) Do not see where sprinkler backflow will be electronically supervised. Show/indicate backflow will be electronically supervised. 101:8.6.7(4), 101:38.3.6.1, 101:38.2.5.2.1 and sprinkler design criteria page FP0.1.
