Received a) the owners certificate and b) engineering evaluation completed by Mr. Alan N Watt (both 8x11 reports will be turned into be scanned). Short summary from Mr. Watt: "The existing system can work if storage height is limited to 10 feet above the floor, 5 feet for mattresses. The increase to 20 feet of storage will require a hydraulic redesign to see if the existing piping is adequate for the amount of water required, all warehouse sprinkler heads will have to be replaced and a row of in-rack sprinklers will be required."

The architect, Mr. Jason Canning updated his plan page A1.0 to indicate "No storage of commodities above 10' height" and "No storage of mattresses above 5' height".
