1) St Johns County Fire Marshals Office (SJCFMO) uses the 2022 Edition of NFPA 1225 Standard  for Emergency Services Communications instead of NFPA 1221 2016 Edition.

Update the code Compliance section and verify the plans comply with NFPA 1225, 2022 Edition.

5) Tuesday, November 14, 2023 DF: New Comment based on resubmittal: Heat maps on Sheets ER3 and ER6 have sections of the building not covered by the heat map showing coverage. There is a NOTE at the bottom the page stating: "Prediction map only shows areas that required supplemental coverage as indicated during survey data collection".

I am unable to find any previous survey data (heat maps) provided to verify this statement.

*** Provide the Two-Way Radio Test report complete with color heat maps conducted at the time of the Framing inspection so I can compare them to the current BDA system Heat Maps. This will enable me to verify the areas of the building left out of the plans heat maps and identified as areas that did not need supplemental coverage match those of the test mapping data.

I left a voice mail this date at 0911 hrs. for Michael Alesi at the number on the application indicating I would hold this comment until 0800 hrs. tomorrow (11/15/23) to return my call and provide me the test report before rejecting the plans.

-----------------------

Wednesday, November 15, 2023 DF: Received an email from Michael Alesi providing the framing BDA test report to verify the areas on the BDA plans not showing as a part of the heat map are indeed areas that passed at the time of the initial test.
