Plans for an Ansul R102 kitchen suppression system for a 10'5" hood.  The system utilizes 2, 3 gallon UL EX 3740 agent tanks using 14 out of 22 available flow points.  The equipment protected from left to right are as follows: 20"x24" oven, 18"x24" Braising pan, 24"x12" range, 24"x24" griddle, and 20"x24" fryer.  All equipment uses standard nozzle coverage except for the fryer which is utilizing overlapping coverage, which is permitted by the manual.
