1) The Sprinkler EOR plans submitted with the shop drawings sealed by Ryan L. Chewning PE. show the FDC mounted on the building and show the use of sidewall heads in the units.  The shop drawings show a yard FDC and pendent heads in the units.  The two must match or the procedures in FAC must be followed.  Note: The approved underground plan shows the FDC off the building.

Florida Administrative Code (FAC) 61G15-32.002 defines a material deviation as "Any deviation from the design parameters established and documented by the Engineer of Record." Furthermore FAC 61G15-32.003(6) states "When layout documents contain material deviation from the Engineer of Record's Fire Protection System Engineering Document, such layout documents are not compliant unless they are accompanied by revised Engineering Documents made and sealed by the Engineer of record for the Fire Protection System."

FDC shown on the building, however the approved underground plans show it as a yard FDC.  PJW Tuesday, October 26, 2021

6) The attic head symbols used on the plan are a circle with a single line through it, and 2 circles with an "x" through them one of which protrudes past the circle.   The legend does not show the circle with a dash.  Ensure that the symbols match and ensure that all heads are represented on the legend.
