**As of 1/12/22, no underground plan has been submitted and there is a HOLD 109 for the Private Fire Main permit. This package shall include the Fire Marshal permit form, 2 full size copies of the plan showing compliance with NFPA 24, and 2 copies of submittal sheets of all the components of the private fire main.**
