Plan reviewed for two (2) ECON-AIR 9'-3" (each) end to end type 1 exhaust hoods protecting cooking equipment. The ducts are 16" single wall factory listed ducts (one for each hood). Wall make-up per hand written note on sheet #6: Metal studs / 5/8" Durock / Stainless.
Reviewed using FFPC 7th edition effective Dec. 31, 2020. NFPA 1 and 101 references are Florida Editions of the code in the FFPC.
