Tuesday, March 29, 2022 Plans for this structure (restroom/pool entry) was initially submitted under incorrect clearance sheet number of c20-4335*1. These comments were brought over from that review completed 2 10 22.

RESUBMITTING:
A. Make necessary changes and resubmit everything in person to the Permit Center.
B. Once at the Permit Center swap out altered pages in EACH plan set (job and office). One copy of the removed/old pages will need to be resubmitted and labeled "OLD". Do not forget to remove pages for work not associated in this permit.
C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation.  Response to comments is REQUIRED not optional.
- The response to comments sheet will need to include a response to each numbered comment and tell us where in the plans the comment was addressed. Ex - "top left of page A11" or "Page E1 note 8".
- Code responses shall reference Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Ed. (not Building Code)

1) The submitted plans are for a restroom building. The clearance sheet you submitted this structure under is the pool clearance sheet. Submit this set of plans under the appropriate clearance sheet (c20-4335) that was issued along with that approved site plan.

2) Plan page A1.2 shows the pool latch at 54" high. This exceeds the height allowed by 101:7.2.1.5.10.1. Update plans to show allowed height.

Tuesday, March 29, 2022 Response to comments indicate "Per NFPA 101:7.2.1.2.10.1, the pool gate latch has been updated to meet the maximum heigh requirement of 48"."

3) Page A1.2 shows both pool gates receiving "pool safety latches" while page A1.3 shows images of panic hardware and references LokkLatch LLDAB. Which hardware is going on the gates? Make sure it complies with 101:7.2.1.5.

Tuesday, March 29, 2022 Response to comments indicate "Per the Developer's request, The Single Combination Sumo GL2 Surface Mount Gate Lock which complies with NFPA 101:7.2.1.2 will be installed in lieu of the LokkLatch LLDAB. The new spec is shown on page A1.3."

Pool and pool deck occ load on A1.2 shows as 65 people.
