Scope begins 8" DCDA backflow, 530 ft (+/-) 8" DR-18 to supply two private RED fire hydrants; 425 ft (+/-) 6" DR-18 to supply fire risers 1' AFF for Kennel Staff/Training, Kennels B, C, and Quarantine Kennels; 130 ft (+/-) 4" DR-18 to supply fire riser 1' AFF for Food Storage building *also* Stub outs to Kennels A, and D, Vet Clinic, K-9 Training and Admin buildings. (These 5 buildings required separate underground fire main permit to finish to risers). Reviewed using FFPC 7th edition effective January 1, 2021. Reviewer: S. Fire Dept Connections are freestanding in front of each building with 5" storz connection. They shall have: - 36" clearance in front and side of FDC - Have check valve (NFPA 13) - Have caps in place.
