Under Construction Elevation Certificate:
1) Form indicates "based on construction drawings." On-site elevations for top of bottom floor and adjacent grades must be provided for inspection hold to be released (top of bottom floor can be form board shots or top of slab).
2) BFE is 16.5' NAVD 1988 based on a flood study by Gemini Engineering dated April 13, 2020. Contact Westly Woodward for a copy of this study.
