RESUBMITTING: Please make necessary changes and resubmit the complete permit application package. Response to comments / plans / specifications should be submitted to the Permit Center as a resubmission for the original project unless other arrangements are made with the Fire Plan Reviewer or the Fire Plan Review Supervisor.
To help speed the review process you should include a written response to comments summary to clarify and/or illustrate corrections on plans (bubbling, highlighting, or notations are best). Please use the Florida Fire Prevention Code 7th Ed. for all code reference in a response to comments. You are required to remove old pages and reinsert the new pages.
The numbered items require a response or plans to be updated to complete the review.

1) Do not see where building will be provided with NFPA 780 lightning protection. Main building plans need electrical revision showing building will be protected with NFPA 780 lightning protection. 1221:9.6.3
Friday, May 14, 2021 Response to comments indicates "Drawing for lighting protection will be provided by others (G.C. is working on these electrical drawings."
Letter dated 5 7 21 from PE Tom Elder indicates "In regard to the system as a whole meeting the surge protection requirements for lighting protection, the system design and installation required the roof, the sled mast are isolated from each other and grounded separately. The repeater is to be provided with surge protection which complies with NFPA 780. This configuration demonstrates compliance with NFPA 1221:9.6.3, and NFPA 780.4.20."

2) Unable to locate where all repeater, transmitter, receiver, signal booster components, external filters and battery system components will be put in a nema4- or nema4x type enclosure. 1221:9.6.11.2
Friday, May 14, 2021 Response to comments indicates "Repeaters are in are in second floor electrical room. All splitters are shown on the drawing as miscellaneous, on both the first and second floor in Elec room (shown on pg4 & 5). Per repeater spec sheet, repeater is in NEMA 4 enclosure. The battery backup is in the same room as the repeater."
