Plans for a 995sf shade structure with covered mail kiosks and an enclosed pump room. The type of pump is not indicated or included in this review. The plans are APPROVED as submitted.
Important Note- The restroom pavilion plans were also included with the permit package, but the clearance sheet and building application paperwork and routing sheet were not. Overall I do not see any issues with the restroom pavilion plans, however this is not included in this review and will require a separate submittal/permit.
