	Plan reviewed for new fire sprinkler system monitoring FACP; Potter Model PFC-6006. Reviewed using FFPC 6th edition effective Dec. 31, 2017. Reviewer: D. 	RESUBMITTING: Please make necessary changes and resubmit the complete permit application package. We do not accept responses to comments/ plans/ specifications through email. Contact Building department for resubmittals. To help speed the review process you should include a written comment response summary to clarify or illustrate corrections on plans (bubbling, highlighting or notations are best). Please use the Florida Fire Prevention Code 6th Ed for all code reference in a response to comments. The fire plans examiner does not use the Florida Building Code. You are required to remove old pages and reinsert the new pages. The numbered items require a response or plans to be updated to complete the review.
	1) The EOR Fire Alarm Design Criteria noted in building permit 12000887, page E302, Fire Alarm System Design; A through O design criteria notes under (F) 4 zones. Zone 1 - Pull Station, Zone 2 - Flow/Tamper, Zone 3 - Duct Smoke Detectors, Zone 4 - (3) Kitchen Hoods. The fire alarm plans accompanying this application do not match the EOR's Design Criteria and Fire Alarm Matrix. Florida Administrative Code (FAC) 61G15-32.002 defines a material deviation as "Any deviation from the design parameters established and documented by the Engineer of Record." Furthermore FAC 61G15-32.003(6) states "When layout documents contain material deviation from the Engineer of Record's Fire Protection System Engineering Document, such layout documents are not compliant unless they are accompanied by revised Engineering Documents made and sealed by the Engineer of record for the Fire Protection System."
	2) PFC 6006 Panel Riser detail on page FA-2 of 2 indicates a water flow bell. I did not see this device in the drawings. No product specifications provided.
	3) No product specifications provided for the cellular radio network - Teleguard TG-7FS.
