1) The engineer of record for this fire protection system, who set forth the sprinkler design criteria is Matthew D Lewis. The shop drawings were submitted with a seal from Suzanne LeVisureur. Per FAC 61G15-32.002(5)(6) after the Fire protection system engineering documents (Criteria) is submitted with the building plans, the shop drawings, when submitted, require no additional engineering input or seal.

Please either:  2) Have Suzanne LeVisureur submit a registered letter to Matthew D Lewis notifying to reuse the already sealed contract documents therefore assuming all legal responsibility for the system in accordance with FAC 61G15-27.001. or 3) Have the owner or project engineer submit a letter to our office completely removing Matthew D Lewis as engineer of record for the project. or 4) Have the engineer of record provide a note on the shop plans they approve for design requirements and performance only.

A couple of discrepancies from design criteria to shop drawings: - Wet system only with attic insulation FP0.1. - FDC is part of underground.

Tuesday, April 7, 2020 Received a whole new set of plans signed/sealed by EOR Matthew D Lewis with new hydraulic calculations. Received no new spec sheets. Old specs showed Tyco heads and new plans show Globe.

I called contact, Andy to see if he would email all spec sheets.

Unable to locate reference on plans or on equipment spec sheets that a relief valve or auxiliary air reservoir is going to be used on the wet system. Have spec sheet on site at time of fire final including the device installed. 13:7.1.2
