Plans for a minor revision to the previously approved plans in part to address open holds for locking arrangements and electrical updates.  The revision includes the following sheets: G1.1F, G4.2, A2.2Fdim, A2.2F, A5.2F, A8.2.2F, M2.2F, M7.1F, T2.2F, E2.1LF, and E2.6SF.  The revision is APPROVED with the following important comments.

Special Locking arrangement Revision:

The plans indicate access controlled egress for the storefront doors indicated in along the main corridor with card access to enter.  On sheet E2.6SF note general note 2 indicates to provide a sensor where required.  Please not that a sensor IS required per NFPA 101:7.2.1.6.2 (1).  In addition the 087100 specifications for all access control doors indicate that the doors will be set up to fail secure in the event of power outage.  Note that per NFPA 101:7.2.1.6.2(2) the doors must fail safe (unlocked).  This comment will be attached to the plans and verified at the time of final.  Ensure that push to exit signage is provided per this section as well.
