Double check the coverage in the waiting room.  It appears that the rear of the waiting room is outside of the effective range of the device per NFPA 72:18.5.4.1 (a) where it is currently located.

The space is designed with a grid of side corridors in addition to the main center corridor. It does not appear that the corridor requirement of NFPA 72:18.5.5.5 are met.  There are corridors sections with devices on one end and some with no devices. The corridor rules require devices min 15cd within 15' of each end.   When resubmitting add the necessary devices and indicate whether you are designing to the room spacing method or the corridor method as indicated by NFPA 72:18.5.5.5.1.   In addition for the main corridor (corridor 2011) there is not a device with 15 feet of the right end of the corridor (if you are using the corridor rules).
