Plan for a 1000sf interior buildout for a café that opens into the core building area, that does not have any indication of grease producing cooking equipment. There is an oven indicated. If cooking is performed or any equipment is used to cook that produces grease laden vapers, commercial ventilation and fire suppression will be required. This included the use of any tabletop cooking equipment. (hot plates, sandwich presses etc. ) The plan is APPROVED as submitted.
