Plan for a 9466sf interior remodel for a business occupancy located within a 2 story office building that is provided with fire sprinklers and a fire alarm. The plans is designed and was reviewed as a business occupancy. The plans are APPROVED with important notes below.

Pocket doors are indicated on the plans for a couple locations. These are OK, however ensure that the doors are operable from both sides (handle) per NFPA 101:7.2.4.1 (4)(C)

Per a discussion with the electrical engineer Bryan Shaffer, exit access directional signs will need to be added at the intersection of the passage 102 circle on both sides of the circle in front of the nurses stations. Basically at the intersection of the circle and the hallways that lead to the exit doors.
The engineer indicated that he will ensure that these are followed through. This will be verified at the time of final.
