Plans for a 1500 sf interior buildout for Wolfson.  The space is located in building that has a fire sprinkler system and a fire alarm. The plans are APPROVED as submitted with important comment below.

Door 1406A indicates card access.  What system will be used to achieve this?  Will you be using a special locking arrangement indicated in NFPA 101:7.2.1.6. Or will you use a system to maintain free egress such as electronic strike, or a mechanical free electric lockset.  Please provide the method to pwebb@sjcfl.us.  This will not require a full revision submittal.  A hold has been placed at framing (105) for this information.

The system(s) outlined in this set of plans is conceptual.

A HOLD has been placed at framing (105) until either: a) a permit has been pulled or b) a letter submitted from respective system contractor indicating no work to be done to the existing system:
- fire alarm system
- Door 1406A information.  See comment above.
