The revision is APPROVED as submitted with important note below. Reviewed using FFPC 6th edition effective Dec. 31, 2017. 	HOLDS Since the layout of the space has changed and a wall added, I have re-instituted holds for fire alarm and fire sprinkler permits. Provide revisions to the alarm and sprinkler system indicating the work needed to bring the space into compliance or provide letters from the respective contractors to me indicating that no work will be necessary.	10/26/2020	PWebb
