The plan summary indicates that the space is designed as mixed assembly and business.  Please take a second look at the classification.  Unless I am missing something, I do not see an assembly component.  If it is truly an assembly, the space would require 2 means of egress.   Modify the plans accordingly.

Ensure that doors 1206 (x2) and 1204 are provided with closers and latches since they are in a smoke partition.  NFPA 101:8.4.3.5 and 8.5.4.4. and 8.5.4.3.

At the time of fire final be prepared to provide a copy of the manufacturer specification sheets to the fire inspector showing that each interior finish will meet:

- wall and ceiling finish will meet Class A, B or C. 101:38.3.3.2.2

- floor finish shall meet either: a) ASTM D 2859 for carpet and carpet like materials or b) has a minimum critical radiant flux of .1 W/cm2 for non carpet flooring. 101:38.3.3.3.3.

If there are multiple finishes, label each spec sheet identifying each product, its location AND highlight the area showing illustrating it meets the applicable Code requirement.

There are two HVAC ducts that penetrate the smoke barrier as indicated on sheet M2.1dd.  I do not see an indication of proposed smoke dampers.  Please identify on the plans.  Ensure that the dampers are rated for at least class 2 smoke leakage and have an elevated temperature rating of at least 250 degrees.  NFPA 101:8.4.6.2 and 8.4.6.3.
