Plans for a 3100 square foot interior buildout of an existing 2 story office building that has an existing fire alarm and sprinkler system in place. The plans were submitted and reviewed as Business. The plans are NOT APPROVED for the following reasons.

The occupant load factor utilized for the therapy gym is 50. Provide FFE (fixture, furniture and equipment) plans for the gym area showing the layout of the proposed gym equipment. If no equipment will be used then the factor used will be 15, which may exceed 50 persons requiring a second means of egress from the space.

Please indicate the required interior floor, wall and ceiling finish according to the Business occupancy chapter. Provide specification sheets for the finishes if available. If not have them available on site for the inspector.
