------------------
Exercise equipment is indicated on the plans. The occupant load indicated exceeds 100 therefore both exits from the space will require panic hardware. It is not clear on the shell plans if the existing doors were installed with panic hardware. Ensure that both doors have panic hardware installed prior to final. This includes the stairwell door and the double doors leading into the center vestibule area. This will be verified at final. PJW Monday, April 13, 2020

14) Emergency lights.
Overall the emergency light coverage looks really good utilizing the battery backup normal lighting. Please take a look at toilet 1103, toilet 1112, check in area 1116. It appears that they will need additional coverage. Also see comment 10 about Daycare emergency lights.
-----------------
Lighting has not been added in the above areas. The plans indicate that the deficiencies will be fixed in a future revision. Also I do not see an exit sign for the second exit from the group exercise 2203. It may be existing but it is not indicated as such as it is for the group cycling room. Ensure that this sign is in place since both exits are required due to occupant load. PJW Monday, April 13, 2020.
