RESUBMITTING: A. Make necessary changes and resubmit everything in person to the Permit Center. B. Once at the Permit Center swap out altered pages in EACH plan set (job and office). One copy of the removed/old pages will need to be resubmitted and labeled "OLD". Do not forget to remove pages for work not associated in this permit. C. Provide a response to comments along with any supporting documentation. Response to comments is REQUIRED not optional. - The response to comments sheet will need to include a response to each numbered comment and tell us where in the plans the comment was addressed. 1) ANSUL manual provided is an incomplete ANSUL R-102 Restaurant Fire Suppression Manual dated 10-01-02, 04/01/06, etc. The current ANSUL R-102 Restaurant Fire Suppression Manual is dated 2014 - SEPT-01 Rev. 11 as provided by ANSUL. The current edition of the manual was used to conduct the review. The 2014-SEPT-01 edition of the manual will be required to be provided at time of the Fire Final to receive an approval. ----------------------------------- Tuesday, March 22, 2022 0745 hrs. 2) Plans do not indicate an electrical shunt for the Cleveland Electric Steam Generator. Provide the listed electrical disconnect.
